Mont Marie Med Care LLC specializes in Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) Self-Directed Nursing Support Services and Certified Medication Technician Training (MTTP).
Nursing Support Services (NSS) covers three models: Nursing consultation, Health Case management and Nursing delegation. MMMC is not only providing Self-Directed Nursing Support Services but also advocating for individuals to ensure they receive the services they need.
Nursing consultation
MMMC offers clinical guidance and reviews medical histories: Comprehensive 90-day nursing assessment. Self-medication assessment Review and update HRST as needed.

Medication Technician Training Program (MTTP)
MMMC coordinates medical appointments, manages chronic illnesses, and oversees care transitions.
Reviews medical histories, and create individualized nursing care plans, train staff, supervise, and delegate specific nursing tasks to unlicensed direct support staff.
Comprehensive/ 45-day nursing assessment.
Develop and update Nursing Care Plan every 45 days. Train caregivers on Nursing Care Plan. Monthly Medications review. Caregivers Medication Administration Clinical Competency every 6 months. Review and update HRST as needed. 24/7 Nursing consultation/ Delegation.

Mont Marie Med care LLC offers MTTP Training and clinical updates for providers and staff supporting self-directed Individuals. We strive to accommodate schedules as much as possible, including evening and weekend sessions.Certified Medication Technician Initial Training (MTTP): DSPs learn proper medication administration and storage, documentation updates, and how to observe and report physical or behavioral changes.

Certified Medication Technicians, certified through the Maryland Board of Nursing are required to recertify every two years.

Initial CMT class: Length is 20 Hours over 4 days.

Refresher every 2 years: Length 4 Hours.
